Bookings
I advice clients to book ahead at each appointment or booking 6 months ahead at a time to avoid any disappointment. Particularly around the summer holidays and lead to the christmas. Appointments can be made over the phone, text, email or through any of my business socials.

When booking colour appointment I may ask for a booking fee. This is used to purchase colours used to do your hair and will be deducted from final hair balance on the day of the appointment booking. At least 48 hours notice is required in the event you need to cancel or change to another day. A 50% fee of the appointment booking may be charged if less than 48 hours notice has been given.​​​​​

All colour services are required to have a full colour consultation and a skin test if needed. No colour services will be carried out under the age of 16 years old.

Cash or bank transfer is preferred. Payments must be made in full at the end of each appointment. No exceptions will be made. A booking fee may be required on colour bookings. The amount will be deducted from final hair balance on the day of the appointment service. Booking fee if required to be paid within 24 hours to secure appointment. The appointment will only become secured when this has been made.​
